Our Rates:
We charge a minimum of one hour on all jobs. Thereafter work is charged in 15 minute increments. All rates exclude material and are subject to VAT.
Estimates:
We are happy to provide estimates prior to commencing any work.
Fixed Pricing:
We will carry out work for a fixed price on request. All work included in the agreement will be specifically detailed in the quotation prior to work commencing. All agreements are subject to VAT.
Supply of Materials:
All materials supplied by Kensington Electricians are charged at the trade price plus 25% and are subject to VAT.
Collection of Materials:
Any non stock items that will require collection are capped at a maximum of one hour plus VAT. Normally we will always agree any charge with a customer in advance.
Invoicing:
The invoice will show a clear description of the work carried out, the start and finish time and a complete breakdown of labour and materials and VAT.
Payment:
Payment must be made in full by credit card, debit card or cash to the engineer upon receipt of the invoice. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Working Hours:
Our Standard Working Hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm. Any times outside of our Standard Working Hours must be agreed prior to commencing the work.
Please Note:
We do not charge parking, the congestion charge or for travelling. There are no hidden charges.
